Director and editor who is best recognized for his work on the short films Marcel the Shell with Shoes On and Fraud. He is also known for his work on television including The David mini-series and the television movie The Bible
He first started his career as an editor in 2008 when he worked on the short Steven. He then started gaining attention as a director in 2010 when he released the viral short Marcel the Shell with Shoes On.
He was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival for his short film Catherine.
He shared a photo of his father through Instagram in June of 2018.
