David Michôd

Film director and screenwriter who made a name for himself with the critically acclaimed Animal Kingdom (2010). He also directed The Rover, War Machine and was a co-writer on Hesher.
He studied at Sydney Grammar School before heading to the University of Melbourne to study arts.
He was the editor of Inside Film magazine from 2003 to 2006.
He married actress Mirrah Foulkes.
He directed Brad Pitt in War Machine.
