Classical pianist whom BBC Music Magazine dubbed Newcomer of the Year 2008.
He won Second Grand Prize at the 2004 Montreal International Music Competition.
He mastered many classical composers, including Schubert, Liszt, and Bach.
He was born into a family of teachers: his father taught philosophy and his mother taught German.
He married Chiara Muti in July 2008, becoming the son-in-law of famed conductor Riccardo Muti.
