Lithuanian basketball player who played for the Lithuanian national basketball team and Zalgiris Kaunas.
He began playing basketball in his youth and quickly demonstrated his natural talent.
He won a Bronze medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics.
He was raised in Kaunas, Lithuania.
He and Arvydas Sabonis both played for the Lithuanian national team.
