Professional pitcher that was drafted by the Detroit Tigers during the 2013 MLB Draft. He was acquired by the Los Angeles Dodgers via trade in December 2020. He was a first time National League All-Star in 2017 representing the Milwaukee Brewers.
He began his professional career playing for the Tigers' single-A affiliate team the West Michigan Whitecaps.
He made his major league debut pitching against the Texas Rangers on May 24, 2014 as a member of the Tigers.
He lives with his wife, Danielle, and their two children.
He played alongside Ryan Braun as a member of the Brewers during the 2017 MLB season.
