Best known for his singing, dancing, and acting careers. In 2002, he performed alongside Outkast as a dancer at the Grammy Awards. In 2010, he released his debut single as a singer, "Famous," to iTunes.
He appeared at the 2001 American Music Awards as a dancer for Jennifer Lopez. This marked his first major performance.
He has made appearances on various Disney Channel TV series as an actor, including Corey in the House and Hannah Montana. In July 2011, he released his debut Colton B EP to iTunes.
He grew up as a foster child in various homes. At the age of 4, he was adopted by the choreographer Vera Burton, who helped shape his career.
He appeared again at the American Music Awards in 2003 as a back-up dancer for Missy Elliott.
