International cricket player who is known for his work as a batsman for the Auckland cricket team. He is also known for having played on the New Zealand national team as well as for the clubs the Karachi Kings and the Delhi Capitals.
He started gaining attention after transferring to Pakuranga College and started his career as part of the school's cricket team. He then started his career in 2006, making his debut on the Auckland team. That same year, he played for the New Zealand national team at the Cricket World Cup held in Sri Lanka.
He was the runner-up at the 2019 Cricket World Cup as part of the New Zealand national team squad.
He was born in Durban, Natal Province, South Africa but was raised in New Zealand.
