American photographer, painter and sculptor who created the Hurricane Series, Mountain Series, and Harmonium Mountain Series.
He earned degrees in Art and Art history from Yale University.
His work was placed in the collections of The Museum of Modern Art.
His father was an investor and philanthropist. He married Betsy Finkle Ross.
The J. Paul Getty Museum featured his work.
