Cleon Peterson
Painter
Painter and sculptor who has become renowned for his kinetic, often violent artworks, which typically make heavy use of the color red. His solo exhibits, such as "Victory" and "End of Days," have been shown at galleries in cities across the world.
He earned a BFA in graphic design from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. He received his MFA from The Cranbrook Academy two years later.
He painted the exterior of the Gillman Barracks building in Singapore.
He has been married and has children.
His "Blood and Soil" exhibit has been compared to Francisco Goya's "The Third of May 1808."
