Famous for his portrayal of Chucky Pancamo on the HBO series Oz, he is also notable for his recurring role as Frankie Diamonds on the FX series Sons of Anarchy.
Before beginning his acting career, he was a motorcyclist with the Hells Angels; a boxer with the New York Golden Gloves; a celebrity bodyguard; and a Hollywood stuntman.
He was featured alongside Olympian Natalie Coughlin, NFL player Tiki Barber, and NASCAR driver Danica Patrick in a 2013 episode of the Food Network culinary competition show, Chopped.
One of three children born to Gloria Frangione and professional boxer Charles Zito, Sr., he married and later divorced his high school love, Kathy.
After forming his Charlie's Angels Bodyguard Services company, Zito worked as a bodyguard to Judy Garland's daughters Lorna Luft and Liza Minnelli.
