Linebacker who was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the third round of the 2014 NFL Draft. He played college football with the Iowa Hawkeyes, where he was an Honorable Mention All-Big Ten selection.
He attended Hazelwood East High School in Hazelwood, Missouri.
Due to a glitch in the game, he appeared in Madden NFL 15 at 1'2" tall and as a member of the Tennessee Titans.
His parents are Elmer and Patrice Kirksey.
He has played with fellow linebacker Karlos Dansby in Cleveland.
