Chris Makepeace

He starred in the 1979 comedy, Meatballs, in which he was nominated for a Genie Award in the Best Supporting Actor category. He also appeared in the 1986 film, Vamp.
He was born in Montreal and started acting in commercials at the age of 10. He later studied at Second City Workshop.
He was cast in a major role for KISS's 1981 film, Elder, which was never released.
He is the son of Doreen and Harry Makepeace, and his brother, Tony is a well known photographer in Canada.
Upon giving a review of the 1980 film, The Bodyguard, in which Makepeace was cast as the lead role, Roger Ebert stated he was "one of the most engaging teenage characters I've seen in the movies in a long time."
