He attended Seocheon High School before transferring to Hanlim Multi Art High School.
He appeared in the music video for labelmate Lovelyz' single "Now, We."
He was born in Gyeonggi, Yongin, South Korea.
Other members of Golden Child include Son Youngtaek, Kim Jibeom, and Hong Joochan.
