Racing cyclist who made her Olympic debut at the 2012 Summer Games in London.
She finished third at the Junior Track World Championships in 2000 and 2001.
She earned first place at the 2012 UCI Road World Championships in the team trial.
She was born in Datteln, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
In 2013 she joined team Wiggle-Honda, where she became teammates with Amy Roberts.
