NBA power forward known for his three-point shooting; drafted 7th overall by the Toronto Raptors in 2005, spent three years with the Milwaukee Bucks and signed a 5-year deal with the Detroit Pistons in 2009.
He played two years of college basketball at UConn, winning an NCAA Championship in 2004.
He began wearing the #31 on his jersey as a tribute to Reggie Miller, his hero growing up.
He was born to Roberto Villanueva and Doris Mejia. In 2014, he got engaged to Michelle Game. He and Michelle welcomed a daughter in 2015. He also has a son from a previous relationship.
He played alongside NBA forward/center Chris Bosh on the Raptors for the 2005-2006 season.
