Entrepreneur and Cryptocurrency advocate who is known for having co-founded BitInstant and for having been a founding member of the Bitcoin Foundation. He is also known for having been the founder of the cryptocurrency advisory CryptoIQ.
He graduated from Brooklyn College in 2012 with his degree in Economics and Finance. He started investing in bitcoin in 2011 and in 2013 he spoke at the Bitcoin Conference in San Jose.
He was featured in the documentary The Rise and Rise of Bitcoin which premiered at the 2014 Tribeca Film Festival.
He was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and married Courtney Warner in 2017.
He shared a photo with Woody Harrelson in the West Village through his Instagram in July of 2014.
