She was a volleyball, basketball and track athlete for four years at Hudson High School. She later played volleyball at the University of Hartford.
She played three seasons of volleyball for Club SMASH, who represented New England at the National Championships all three seasons.
She comes from an athletic family, including her mother MaryBeth.
