She grew up active and playing sports. She got involved in acting while in business school and taking an acting class as an elective.
She starred on the AMC TV series Lodge 49 as Alice Ba during its 2018-2019 run. She appeared in the 2019 film In a New York Minute.
Born in Hong Kong, she later grew up in Brooklyn, New York.
She and Justin Chon appeared together in the 2014 film Revenge of the Green Dragons.
