Television personality most their for hosting the Venezuelan entertainment news and variety show Portada's. She is a former Miss Venezuela, winning the title in 1998 and placing third in the 1999 Miss Universe pageant.
She grew up in the Venezuelan state of Delta Amacuro.
She was the first woman of African heritage to be named Miss Venezuela.
Her first child, Nicola, was born in February 2018.
She has appeared alongside Mariangel Ruiz on Portadas.
