Norwegian handballer who won the gold medal at the 2012 Olympic Games. She also won European Championships in 2008 and 2010 as well as an IHF World Championship in 2011.
She was born in Sola and competed at the senior level for Sola IL.
She was named All-Star Left Wing at the 2009 World Championships.
She married fellow handballer Steffen Stegavik.
She and Macedonian handballer Kiril Lazarov both excelled at the 2009 World Championships.
