She's always had a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. She has been competing in physique competitions since 2011.
She got her pro card in 2013 after finishing second at NPC Physique 2013.
She is based in Denver, Colorado with her two children.
She and Ainsley Rodriguez are both bodybuilders and personal trainers who started their own fitness programs.
