Brian Snitker
Baseball Manager
Professional baseball manager of the Atlanta Braves starting in 2016. He led the Braves to the National League Championship Series in 2020 and 2021.
He attended the University of New Orleans. He played in the Atlanta Braves minor league team from 1977 to 1980. In 1982, he became the minor league manager of the Anderson Braves. He was the Braves' third-base coach from 2007 to 2013.
In 2016, he was named as the Braves' interim manager. In 2018, he was awarded the National League Manager of the Year Award.
He is married to a woman named Veronica and they have two children. His son Troy was drafted by the Braves as a player before he retired and became a coach for the Houston Astros.
He replaced the Braves coach Fredi González in 2016.
