Law Enforcement Officer
American police officer who died during the U.S. Capitol riot prior to President Joe Biden's inauguration. He served on the United States Capitol Police and passed away from injuries sustained during the riot.
He was deployed to Saudi Arabia to support Operation Southern Watch in 1999, and to Kyrgyzstan to support Operation Enduring Freedom in 2003.
He served in the New Jersey Air National Guard.
His mother and other relatives attended the same high school in Brooklyn as Senate Majority Leader Charles E. Schumer.
After his death, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi ordered for the flags at the Capitol building to be lowered to half-mass.
