16th overall pick of the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 1997 draft who later became a color commentator for Memphis Grizzlies basketball.
He played his college ball at Stanford University where he became the all-time assists and steals leader for the school.
He was named to the NBA All-Rookie Team after leading the league in steals per game his rookie year.
He has three children with his wife Deena.
He was second in the NBA in assists per game for the 2004-2005 season behind only MVP of that season, Steve Nash.
