Bjorgvin Halldorsson

Icelandic pop singer who represented his country in the 1995 Eurovision Song Contest and 2017 Eurovision Song Contest. In 1995, he ranked 15th place.
He grew up in Hafnarfjorour, a port town in Southwest Iceland.
He has released nearly thirty solo albums between 1969 and 2013. His 2013 album Duet 3 featured Jon Jonsson.
His daughter, Svala, also had a career as a pop singer.
He and internationally-renowned singer, Bjork, were both born in Iceland.
