Fitness expert who founded the popular health, fitness and fashion website MizzFIT. She is also known for being the host of the popular web series Fashionably Fit with MizzFIT as well as a former correspondent with New York's WPIX-TV.
She graduated from John Burroughs High School and earned a B.S. in Psychology from Cornell University.
She worked as a suicide hotline operator in the 90's.
She has a sister.
She is a fitness expert from Missouri, much like Emily Schromm.
