He originally went under the name KMC in 2001, releasing the hit "I Feel So Fine," which went #1 in the UK club charts.
His synthesizer single "Satisfaction" launched his international career.
He was born in Milan and raised in Reggio Emilia, Italy. He and his cousin, Alle Benassi, began DJing together in the 1980s.
He remixed Madonna 's hit "Celebration" in 2009 to much critical and commercial success.
