Master chef and reality television star on the Bravo series Below Deck who also runs an acclaimed catering company in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
He worked under Italian master chefs in Florence and earned an apprenticeship at the 3-Michelin Star restaurant The Fat Duck. These stops were a part of journey around the world where he explored modern culture and modern cuisine.
He looks at food as a combination of art, chemistry, and taste and believes in telling stories through the dishes he creates.
He is stationed in South Florida permanently and travels between Miami and Palm Beach. He has a pet Bengal cat whom he's featured on his Instagram.
He learned to match flavors under the guidance of Heston Blumenthal.
