Benjamin Curtis

American guitarist and drummer who was the founding member of the bands The Secret Machines, School of Seven Bells, and UFOFU.
He started his music career as a drummer for the band Tripping Daisy from 1997 until 1999.
A benefit concert was held for him in August 2013 after he announced he had been diagnosed with T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma.
He grew up with his family in Frederick and Norman, Oklahoma and moved to Dallas, Texas when he was in junior high school.
He has stated Dave The Edge Evans from the band U2 as a musical influence.
