She first played with Team Canada in the 1998 Olympics when the team took home silver.
She has been part of 4 IIHF World Women's Championship teams.
She has two sons, Owen and Zachary.
She won her first gold medal at the 2002 Olympics, when skater Sarah Hughes also won her first gold medal.
