Born Justin Baylor Barbee, he is an author, entrepreneur and keynote speaker who formed Silver Fox Marketing, co-founded the non-profit RehabTime, and co-authored best-selling books titled See My Heart Not My Past, Breaking You Own Heart, You're Perfect, and Know Your Circle.
He earned a full athletic scholarship as a walk-on with the Baylor University football program where he double majored in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. He then earned his Masters in Education - Sports Management.
He founded Mile 19 Performance, an organization geared toward driving businesses, individuals, and teams to develop a "Wintality" and achieve peak-performance.
He was born in Abilene, Texas and he speaks internationally. He has a teacup Yorkie named Rory.
