The Allman Brothers Band

Entered into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1995 and winner of the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2012. The band went on hiatus from 1976 to 1978 and 1982 to 1989. Their final performance was in 2014.
Trivia
They reunited in 1989 for their twentieth anniversary and went on tour in that summer.
