Fitness instructor and YouTuber who is known for having invented the 21 Day Fix diet. She is a certified personal trainer, and is a member of the Beachbody community of fitness trainers. She created her self-titled YouTube channel on September 27th, 2013, where she often posts workouts and dieting tips.
She began dancing at the age of 14. She attended a small liberal arts school to study dance, where her career ended after a back injury.
Her YouTube channel has amassed over 240,000 subscribers. One of her most popular videos, "21 Day Fitness Containers--Calorie Free Modifications", has over 300,000 total views. She has also appeared on the TV show Home & Family.
She was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio.
She formerly worked for Brooke Burke's site, Modern Mom. From there, she was able to work with a few celebrity clients.
