Arunas Matelis
Director
Documentary film director who received the Lithuanian National Prize in 2005.
He studied Mathematics at Vilnius University and graduated from the Lithuanian Music Academy.
He established one of the first independent film production companies in Lithuania, which was called Nominum.
He married Algimante Matelis.
He and Jonas Mekas were both well-known film directors from Lithuania.
