Ari Shapiro

Popular radio journalist who became one of four hosts on NPR's flagship news series All Things Considered in 2015. He was previously a White House correspondent and has received numerous honors including the American Bar Association's Silver Gavel Award and the Daniel Schorr Journalism Prize.
He graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with an English degree in 2000.
He became a recurring guest singer for the group Pink Martini.
His mother Elayne has worked as a college professor while his father Len has been employed as a researcher and teacher. He married lawyer Michael Gottlieb in February 2004.
He earned his fame as a host on NPR like Carl Kasell and Terry Gross.
