Anton Shkaplerov
Astronaut
Decorated Russian cosmonaut who's completed three missions and has been the commander of the International Space Station. His total time in space comes over a year at 365 days and 14 minutes, but this does not include the time he's spent aboard the space station starting in December of 2017.
He was a Russian Air Force pilot until 2003 when he entered the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center as a test-cosmonaut.
He's participated in two space walks for six and eight hours respectively.
Shkaplerov married Tatyana Petrovna, and they have two daughters named Kristina and Kir.
Alexander Misurkin also accompanied him on the December 2017 mission to the space station.
