Anthony West
Motorcycle Racer
Best known for his time racing in the Supersport World Championship as a Grand Prix racer. In 2016, he finished his race in the Supersport World Championship in 3rd place aboard a Yamaha.
He began his career racing in the 125cc class in 1998. He moved up to 250cc in 1999.
In 2003, he won his first race, which came in the 250cc class at the Dutch TT. He won his second career race in 2014, and was that year's Dutch TT in the Moto2 class.
He was born and raised in Maryborough, Queensland, Australia.
He and fellow rider Marco Melandri both rode for the Kawasaki Motors Racing team between 2007 and 2009.
