Throughout her childhood, she struggled with chronic eczema and Celiac disease. Her health struggles eventually led to her becoming a certified holistic health coach and a yoga instructor.
In 2013, she co-wrote her first book titled The Best Juicing Recipes on the Planet. She has also been known to post beauty videos to her self-titled YouTube channel.
In March 2017, she posted a photo to Instagram with her partner captioned "happiest birthday to my insta husband, future real life husband, and the most interesting, charming, witty, loyal, smart, loving, unbelievably kind and generous man I could ever hope to do life with."
