Perhaps most well known for his roles in the comedy series Life's Work (as series regular Lyndon Knox) and A Different World (as recurring character Matthew), he is also notable for his portrayal of "Mack" McGivern in the 1992 Brendan Fraser and Matt Damon film School Ties.
He began his screen acting career in the late 1980s, initially appearing in episodes of Guns of Paradise, Falcon Crest, and Cheers.
He played Andy in the 1992 film version of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
He spent his youth in Placentia, California.
He acted with David Hewlett in the 2003 comedy movie Nothing.
