Andrea Lucchetta
Volleyball Player
Italian former professional volleyball player who is known for his work on Italy's national team. He is known for having played as a middle blocker and hitter and is also known for his work with the Piaggio Rome Club and the Alpitour Traco Cuneo Club.
He began his career playing with the Sisley Treviso club in 1980. In 1984, he then joined the Italian national team where he won the bronze medal at the Olympic tournament. He then went on to win the 1990 World Championship in Brazil with the Italian national team as well.
He is known for having won the Most Valuable Player award at the World Championships in 1990.
He was born and raised in Treviso, Italy.
