Personal trainer and fitness model who founded the fitness studio The Fhitting Room. She has been featured in major news outlets for her accomplishments including the cover of Women's Health April 2016, Good Morning America for Hottest Tech-Savvy Workout Wear for 2015, Self Magazine March 2016, and Cosmopolitan magazine June 2015, among several others.
She studied dance at Oklahoma City University and performed for the Royal Caribbean cruise line for three years.
She was a contestant for Racked New York's Hottest Trainer 2015.
She's grew up into an athletic family in Hastings, Nebraska. She had a love for sports and dance early on including volleyball, basketball and track. She is based in New York for work with her husband.
Her favorite athlete and the one celebrity she'd love to train would be LeBron James.
