She grew up in Newtown, Pennsylvania and attended Pennington High School. She was a soccer star at Boston University, where she won a Patriot League title in 2014.

She has a sister named Kathryn and a brother named Grant.
She co-hosted Call Her Daddy alongside Sofia Franklyn at the start before taking over hosting duties on her own.
