NHL left wing who was selected 12th overall in the 1998 Draft by the Colorado Avalanche. He scored the Stanley Cup Championship-clinching goal for the Avalanche in game 7 of the 2001 Finals against the New Jersey Devils.
From 1996 to 1999, he competed for the Halifax Mooseheads in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
He's topped 20 goals in a season on six occasions and his career-best output in points came in 2006-07 with the Flames, when he tallied 81 in just as many games.
He has a daughter with his wife Helene.
He played alongside legendary center Joe Sakic on the Avalanche.
