Two-year backup running back for the Green Bay Packers took on a similar role with the New York Jets in 2013.
His 1,037 yards and 14 touchdowns at Butte Community College allowed him to transfer to the University of Hawaii in 2009.
He broke the single-game rushing record for the University of Hawaii with 327 yards before entering the 2011 draft and being selected 96th overall by the Packers.
He is the son of Phylis Smith and Willie Green Jr.
He went to the same community college as quaterback Aaron Rodgers, who would later become his teammate on the Packers.
