He attended the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. He debuted as Raymond in the 1995 film, Die Hard with a Vengeance.
He learned to play clarinet and purchased his first violin when he was 18.
His older brother Edwin is also an actor.
He was in the 2009 film, Red Sands, with Shane West.
