Alain Tasso

French-Lebanese poet, essayist, and painter whose work was archived by the Bibliotheque Nationale de France. His self-illustrated poetry collections include Fragments chaotiques, Le champ de l'hypostase, and Assomption d'une autre saison.
He opened an art gallery in 1987 and closed it in 1989 amidst the violence of The Lebanese Civil War.
He studied accounting for a brief time.
His family lived in Beirut, Lebanon at the time of his birth.
Tasso's poetry collections include drawings and paintings in honor of Michelangelo Buonarroti, Raphael, and other artists.
