Aiko, Princess Toshi

Japanese princess who has gained fame as the firstborn child of Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako. She has often made public appearances with her parents since turning 16 in December 2017.
She was born in December 2001 at Imperial Household Agency Hospital in the Tokyo Imperial Palace.
One of her first public appearances came in April 2016 celebrating the 150th anniversary of Japan-Italy diplomatic relations at the Tokyo museum. She is formally known as Her Imperial Highness The Princess Toshi.
Her uncle is Fumihito, Prince Akishino.
She grew up in Japan during Shinzo Abe's tenures as Prime Minister of Japan.
