Álvaro Recoba

Versatile footballer known to play attacking midfield, forward and winger who is a veteran of the Uruguay national team. He appeared on the national squad 69 times between 1995 and 2007.
He began his career with Uruguay's Danubio.
He was with the club Internazionale for eleven seasons. He helped them to one UEFA Cup in 1997-1998 and twice helped them win Coppa Italia, Supercoppa Italiana and Serie A honours.
His full name is Álvaro Alexánder Recoba Rivero.
He spent a couple of seasons playing alongside Maxi Pereira for the Uruguay national team.
